Spurs 4 – Boro 0: Demolition anyone?
By: Drew | March 4th, 2009
I’ve been writing finals papers all day long so I’ll make this short and sweet.
Goals from Robbie Keane, Roman Pavlyuchenko, and Aaron Lennon saw us go 3 up in the first half.
The whole second half Boro never answered so Lennon put the final nail in the coffin to make it 4 – 0 at the full time mark.
I’m not really sure why Zokora was in the RB position instead of Corluka. I do know that he wasn’t playing CM because of how much better Palacios is.
Despite the goal in the Eufa cup Giovani Dos Santos still didn’t make the substitution list today… yeah must be discouraging for the kid.
So we’re up to 13th place! and with a game in hand! Don’t worry guy’s you aren’t dreaming. with a win in said game we will be tied for 10th place. We need to take from this win and keep the momentum going.

What a splendid performance. Lennon is really in superb form, cutting in, crossing, and now finishing. I am glad we got Palacious he is a real talent and is holding the midfield together and not letting much people through. I really fee that Dos Santos should get a chance, he is a potential talent but hasn’t been given the chance. At this rate he seems pretty said, and probably going to leave the club.

I agree Badr, but I really hope Dos Santos gets to break into the first team. I’d rather have him in there than Bentley at this point.
