So…
By: Lucas | March 29th, 2007Where do Spurs go from here? Quarterfinals in the UEFA Cup, seventh in the Premiership with as good a chance as any to re qualify for next years’ competition… but I don’t feel like I’m seeing a marked improvement. Are we scoring a fuck-ton of goals? Yes, we surely are. But we still aren’t really throwing our weight around- possibly the best games we’ve played in our recent good stretch, aside from Bolton, we’re the three against Chelsea in the first leg and, oh, 88 minutes out of ninety in the second leg. (I’m taking into account quality of competition here.) I’d like to see us throw our weight around- and I’d like to see a fucking clean sheet. With all this in mind, we’ve got Reading at The Lane on Sunday, and then Seville on Thursday hoping for wins- COYS!

Like I said before in a post a while back, the spurs need to really focus on improving their defence. Their offensive creativity is already leagues above some of the “better” teams from what I’ve seen. They just cant keep clean sheets. All their games theres at least 4 goals scored total. I don’t know much about Sevilla other than I know they are one of the top teams in Spain so I cant really guess how they match up with the spurs. But as always with the right lineup the Spurs can lay down a good high scoring game.

Quote: “Are we scoring a fuck-ton of goals? Yes,” and you are conceding the same amount LOL LOL!!!

So see you in a week’s time where we will be singing ‘Stand UP if you’re in the Cup.’
Hope you get to hear the song LOL LOL!!!
