To be honest I would like to see Fred at the Lane because he's similar to Zaki in many ways and I think he could to well in the Prem, not to mention that he actually wants to be here. Both Pav and Defoe are cuptied and with Bent's injury that leaves us with only Campbell who is terribly inexperienced and is not a target man at all. If we get Fred we will be able to support ourselves properly until the end of the year and next year we can start fresh, at least on the striker front. About Downing and N'Zokbia, personally I don't want either. Downing isn't worth £15m and N'Zokbia said he would rather play for the arse than us, which is sacrilege. Any player who would rather play for the arse than us is definitely not welcomed here, simple as. Give Dos Santos a try on the left wing, hes quick, young, and has a lot of potential, why not play him? I understand he's coming back from an injury but this weekend against Wigan he should be given a run out, he can't be any worse than Bentley surely, I don't think thats possible.
