Gunter out on loan, Hutton close to return…
By: Drew | March 12th, 2009
Our young prospective right back Chris Gunter has officially made his loan move to Nottingham Forest complete until the end of the current season. Gunter arrived from Cardiff City during the 2008 january transfer window. He’s made 15 league appearances and has been pretty impressive for a young lad. The current league situation hasn’t made our first team flexibility too conducive to the youngsters in our squad. This will give the boy some valuable playing time so he’s nice and sharp for next season.

But with one out, comes another one now available. Our Scottish international Alan Hutton will be resuming full training on Monday in hopes of helping our side for this last stretch of games. Hutton has been out for 4 months with a fracture in his right foot, and has eagerly been awaiting his return to both club and international football. Let’s all hope he can help out as much as possible in the back line.
We play Aston Villa on the weekend and the Villains have been struggling a bit recently, let’s hope our Spurs can carry on the momentum from the last couple of games and get a result.
