gary, you’re being taking that Seville release a little too seriously I wouldn’t say that Capel actually snubbed us. It was a press release by del Nido with a quote by Capel. Smells fishy, like del Nido forcing the boy’s hand a little. I’m not saying that we are going to end up with him, only that I can’t take that “snub” at face value, in light of del Nido’s b.s. and hatred of us.

As for the left, BAE, Bale and Gilberto are all available with Bale and Gilberto being capable of playing as pure LWs. We are not without options. Plus we are linked today with Juan Arango from Mallorca, who does seem to want to come and is a left footed wide player typically.

I’m more worried about a ball-winner in CM

Just go with Bale and O’Hara and spend some $ on the defense. That was the problem last yr, not the attacking production.

I think if we dont get anyone bale is gonna be put on the left side for sure he was sick the games he actually played..loved the run he had on fulham! I think o’hara is good on the left to.
