Sam

Born the same day as Carles Puyol, and Anderson, and Butch Cassidy. But in 1991. Lives in the Western area of the country that has never scored a World Cup goal, but did hold France to just one. A devout Spurs fan since the age of 13 or so, Sam used to play football himself, with Edmonton’s famed Victoria SC, a club which has since been floundering to put it kindly. Now, Sam uses most of his time listening to seven inch records of powerviolence and other various hardcore bands such as Punch, Extortion and Dead Dogs and playing bass in his own hardcore band, Hominid. Enjoys crossword puzzles, minesweeper (of which he is a world-class player, with an accumulated time of 94 seconds), reading, and oh yeah he’s a dishwasher in a café in the Old Strathcona neighborhood of Edmonton.
