Pascal Chimbonda close to new deal

Not much in the way of Spurs news at the moment. The only thing I am reading is that Pascal Chimbonda may soon be signing a new deal. I was impressed by Chimbo last year but so far this term his decision making a defending has left quite a bit to be desired. What do you think Spurs fans? I’m not sure what Pascal’s contract status is but he just signed for Spurs last August. I’d imagine his contract isn’t that far out of whack…COYS

  I’d be happy to keep him, but the coaches need to make him understand that not letting someone get by is only half the deal - you have to stop the crosses too. he plays too far off to be effective, and that’s down to the coaching staff…

  I agree. Team wide our defending of crosses has been poor to horrible. One of my main knocks on Robbo this term as well.
